Scope one mission
Choose a useful objective, authorized sources and tools, a budget and the actions that need approval. Define what makes the deliverable acceptable before starting.
Run the mission and make decisions
Let the agents work within that scope. Your team reviews the actions that need its approval; results, blockers and decisions become part of the mission record.
Review the result together
Check the deliverable against the agreed criteria, then review costs, human interventions and evidence. Decide whether to continue, adjust or stop the pilot.
